Our bins were not emptied last week at all and the bins were already overflowing when someone came a fly tipped now it’s horrrendous flay getting into flats mice in the block it stinks

Over last couple of months we have had a missed collection day either Tuesday or Friday last week no collection apart from recycling bins this is not on fix it I pay for twice weekly 5 Arthur Grove 0775173343
