1. Outside is industrial (private) bin on public pathway, it is being used by the householder as part of their business in the property food related business It is an obstruction for mobility and wheelchairs and prams who cannot pass and elderly who have to navigate aroubd the tree then the bin, also on the side which people need to access the pharmacy. They cannot cross over due to parking. 2. Further down a couple of doors is a overgrown hedge in another property which you have to bend to walk under before you get tobthe above obstruction.. There are also delivery bikes chained tobthe lampost judt after the bin causing mote obstruction. This bin is not Greenwich council but there own private bin as i have seen it be removed and emptying by a private company. This is causing a lot of obstruction to residents locally who use the pharmacy and have to go via another rd to get there which us hazardous as well.
