Trash not collected

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9779789.

This bin gets left outside the flats here, but is used by the general public passing by. For some reason trash collection does not collect the bin.

This has happened for several weeks. Please could someone either remove the bin (us residents here use pink sacks for the street anyway) or make sure it is emptied each week.
