Yet again, someone leaving on the block has left a clear rubbish bag outside the rubbish room on friday night. Foxes have opened and the whole content was scattered around. Broken glasses, food leftovers, fake dark curly long hair etc.

The rubbish has moved all over the area and in the green nearby. Can we get it all cleaned please (and not just outsite the rubbish room)
