3rd time of reporting. Nothing has been cleared. This road is a disgrace, rubbish all over the pavement and in the gutters. Getting blown into the church grounds. Broken glass, rubbish bags, cans, bottles, dirty nappies, food wrappings. PLEASE CLEAN IT UP.

  • So dumping a black plastic sack full of rubbish on the pavement is NOT fly tipping? No wonder the borough is in such a state.
