Large items, including furniture and other dumped waste, have been fly-tipped in the communal bin area and are blocking access to the bins. Because of this obstruction, the refuse collection on Tuesday could not empty the bins. The communal bins are now completely full and overflowing, and more rubbish is being left because there is no space. This is creating a health and cleanliness issue for residents. Fly-tipping is a recurring problem at this location, but this incident has prevented the scheduled bin collection. Please arrange for the fly-tipped items to be removed as soon as possible and for the overflowing bins to be emptied.
