Blatant Illegal Fly-Tipping from within a Secure Area

Blatant illegal fly-tipping by a person identifiable because they would have had access to a secure area between circa 07:00am and 08:00am-ish.

Illegally fly-tipped items, some with noxious chemicals that may present an environmental hazard, including A/C unit, heater, fan, 2x microwave ovens (?), office furniture - swivel chair, drawers.

1. Dumped adjacent to the Port-a-Cabin. 2. Dumped recently. 3. Items have not been disbursed by a high tide. 4. Items are clean, i.e. not muddied.

Tides for 30.06.26 - (high tide @ 03:05am, low tide @ 09:20am). Dumped today, after 06:00am, and likely 07:00am-08:00am. Dumped from within an area with a Security gate. Likely dumped by person(s) with access to the secure area around, 07:00am-08:00am.
