Multiple Cars Illegally Parked in ZigZag Zone
Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 12:03, Friday 13 March 2026
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9100710.
Yesterday morning (12.03.26) there were four (4) illegally parked vehicles in the ZigZag Zone outside James Wolfe Primary School in Randall Place at approximately 09:00am.
Today (13.03.26) a PHS Delivery Van parked in the ZigZag Zone.
Council Parking Enforcement Officers make a real difference to this anti-social behaviour when they are in attendance, however, when they are not in attendance some car drivers selfishly ignore the ZigZag restrictions putting children's safety at risk.
Two requests please:
1. Please may we have daily attendance of Parking Enforcement Officers, during term-time weekdays, and,
2. This is a continual problem, and one which has been ongoing daily-issue for the past three (3) years that my son has been attending James Wolfe Primary School. So I formally request that the Council, please, make Randall Place a "School Street" at the earliest opportunity, and I suggest before the end of April (which allows 6/7 weeks to make the necessary arrangements)
Thank you in anticipation
