The dog mess seems to have gone (or decomposed) but the litter has not been cleared. This area of the path is often very dirty with takeaway containers and doesn't seem to be cleared as regularly as other paths. Photo taken this morning.

The litter in this area has not been picked up since my original post. There is now broken glass on the side of the walkway which is frequented by parents with children and dog walkers. Can you please confirm how often this area should be visited by the street cleaning team? There are beer cans constantly littering this area and believe it is a "gathering place" for anti-social behaviour after dark. I find the time it is taking to clean this area and resolve the issues quite unacceptable and I look forward to your timely reply.

First off... Apologies for the amount of time this has taken to resolve. I have just spoken with the Operations manager regarding this and I have been told that they will arrange a thorough clean of this area on Sunday. He also told me that it is scheduled to be swept once a week.
Please let me know if this is done on Sunday so I can chase it up, etc. Thank you.

Hi, it is now late on Sunday afternoon and I am not surprised that the area is still littered with rubbish and broken glass. This is absolutely unacceptable and the council need to take action on this issue. I am bored of sending these emails and pictures to you and nothing being done about it.

This has still not been resolved. There is broken glass and rubbish that has not been cleared in weeks. When will this be cleared up?

I have passed this to our new Operations managers, who have been informed that this is an on-going issue. I have asked them to prioritize clearing of this location.
Apologies for the delay in resolution for this issue.

I have passed this to our operational supervisors asking them to sweep this and make sure that it is on a sweeping round. Apologies this has taken so long to resolve.
