Wellington Gardens needs sweeping

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8474613.

Wellington Gardens needs swiping, plastic bottles and litter on the pathway. Also there's a foul odour in proximity of n 40 which is clearly noticeable from the street, especially during last summer (possibly sewage?). It's unclear where it comes from. Thanks
