Illegally parked vehicle

This vehicle is parked on the pavement blocking access for wheelchairs and prams. It also is blocking the path for the communal bins that get emptied once a week. It was dropped of by a private waste collection company this morning . And has been there all day.

  • The van was picked up by a guy the same day but the van who dropped him off lives on the estate
