I reported suspicious behaviour on Monday November 3rd at 18:10, as some people with flashlights were waiting around on the inside of a locked gate of an empty lot. I suspected potential fly tipping. Now that I pass the lot again 24 hours later, the entire lot is filled piles of rubbish and an abandoned camping trailer.
