Pedestrian crossing flooded

Whenever there is sustained or heavy rain, the full length of this crossing is flooded and people either get wet feet, or make a dangerous manoeuvre, shimmying along the pedestrian guard rail. This flooding can be seen in the picture I took today and Google Street View from 2022. It has been unblocked before, but it is only ever a temporary solution. A table should be installed to make this crossing level, like the crossing nearby.
