I don’t know exactly why the bin men are refusing to collect the bins from no 26. Everyday the foxes rip open their bins and rubbish is over the street constantly. I’m forever having to talk to them to clean up their rubbish and to give them some credit they always do! Can you please empty their bins as a matter of urgency!!! Can you also educate the tenants on how to properly dispose of their waste so this does not continue!
