Abandoned bicycle attached to street furnitture.

The bicycle has been attached to street furniture with a padlock since just before the London Marathon (i.e. just prior to weekend of 26th/27th April 2025. The front wheel was removed about 1 month later). The bike is now in a deteriorating condition. No evidence that owner is visiting.
