Fly-tipped gas canister.

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7746349.

Someone has fly-tipped some kind of gas canister behind our front garden wall. We do not own a vehicle so cannot take it to the local tip. And we cannot put it in our domestic waste bins because we do not know if it is empty.
