It's the untold time I walk past 24 Whitworth Street and there's excessive amounts of fly tipping, garbage, etc.

Everyone else on this street routinely cleans their side of the road, in addition to what the council provides.

They do not.

Is there a possibility to talk to them? Is there a possibility to fine them? Or just send more cleaning crews?

  • Update: can report the problem isn't getting better (but not worse). I've had to go again and clean that portion of the street. Luckily (?) at least one of the houses there is for sale, so perhaps the new owners will do a better job of keeping their side of the pavement tidy.
