Vehicle Street Repairs - Pouring oil down surface drains

Reported via desktop in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 22:46, Friday 9 May 2025

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7547503.

There is a repeated issue of RO number plated vans pulling up and carrying out vehicle repairs on the street. Most recently there was sump and oil change carried with the vans lifted on wood. 3 males poured waste oil and lubricants down the surface drain then left the partial filled bottles on the side of the street. There are brake pads, bits of old vans and other broken bits being left on the street. The bottle of wine they downed between them was then just left on the pavement. Parking tickets are issued to these same vans but nothing changes. Greenwich has lost control of the situation.
