Fly-tipping in alley between houses, adjacent to 93 Palmerston Crescent. This has been reported previously. The tipping has been present for a few months. It appears that RBG clear the items that are on the pavement but not the items in the alley. Perhaps because it’s technically private land? The remaining items in the alley unfortunately seem to attract additional tipping. Could a way of clearing the alley be sought? Thank you.
