Contaminated blue bin
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7465014.
A blue bin has been completely filled with non recyclable materials-recyclable materials which has meant it has been sat over-filled for many months now and is still being used (boxes/bags of rubbish balanced on top which then spill out onto the pavement). The waste removal team will not take this as it is classed as contaminated. I do not know who this bin belongs to however it urgently needs to be removed.
