Hemlock - Conium maculatum growing in streetside planter

Reported via mobile in the Weeding Request category anonymously at 10:19, Friday 18 April 2025

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7451887.

Hi, I noticed that some hemlocks are growing on a public space at Copperas street. It is a deadly poisonous plant if indigested and touching it can cause burn like rashes and skin irritation. A big amount is growing in the streetside raised planters amongst nettles and brambles. Young kids use this space for outdoor games. Please remove these dangerous weeds.
