Flower bed

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7441292.

Who decided to build this flower bed to restrict people on the pavement? This is causing people to be stopping on the road with fast flowing traffic when passengers from two trains are emptied and people need to cross the road! This is a hazard and needs ti be removed! Money well spent Greenwich council!!

    Why narrow this part of pavement to make people cross the road from any part they can, which in effect is more dangerous!
