Poor road surface

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7439215.

The whole section coming up bellegrove road onto shooter's hill is breaking up.the road surface is awful and the multiple potholes and due to the narrowness of this major road there is no way to avoid it.there are also 2 collapsing manhole covers outside the hospital that have been reported multiple times.please can something be done about this.
