Litter on street (Norman Rd and Tarves Way)

For the past few months there has been litter strewn across Norman Road and Tarves Way and hasn't been picked up by litter pickers. Unsure whether this has come from the bin storage units down Norman Road and Tarves Way. In the hedgerow outside of 49 Norman Road there are multiple cans, drinks cups, and other rubbish. There is also a shopping trolley down the side of 49 Norman Road. Reporting the volume of litter as nothing has been done clean it.
