Large refuse bins left on pavement

These Large refuse bins have been left on the pavement and not taken back to their designated concrete flat bin area. This has left the pavement partially blocked.

Updates

  • The bins are still on the pavement, blocking pram access along it. The grey bin at the back has been full for 3 x weeks now.
