Rubbish Bins left out on pavement

The 3 x green bins on the left have been there for more than a week. The larger grey bins have been there for 4 days. They need to be returned to which ever shop they come from. Other litter is starting to be added to this area.

  • These 3 x food only bins are still there. Full of general rubbish for 9 weeks now. Still now emptied or removed.

  • There is even more rubbish stuffed into these three bins. One is overflowing with a branch and leaves placed on top.
