Loose noosy manhole

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7386081.

This manhole has become loose and noisy for the past few months, I have complained to Thames Water who state it is not theirs.

Please could this man cover be fixed as its makes a loud noise when vehicles drive over it, its effective our sleep. Last week someone removed half of it causing a gap in the road
