The road signs on Kidbrooke Park Road southbound wrong signage

At the point where Kidbrooke Park Road southbound meets Henley Cross Road the road signs still show both lanes straight across to continue on KPR. Those signs were in place before Henley Cross existed. The signs should now be that to continue on KPR it is turn right in the right hand lane only, turn left for A2 in the left lane, and also straight on for Henley Cross in left lane only
