No dog poop bins on common areas

Reported via mobile in the Dog Fouling category by Claire Murphy at 09:37, Thursday 20 March 2025

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7307841.

Why are the bins on Plumstead common for dog poop being taken away? What is going to be the end result? Are we going to have more bins out on the common or are dog people just gonna get fined? There need to be more bins put out not taken away, it seems like the council is not thinking this issue through before they implement it. I hope this issue is resolved soon or there are gonna be a lot of irritated people complaining to your office about it when it shouldn’t be an issue at all.

  • I’m just dumbfounded that the bins have been removed because the council is to tight to spend money on bins on the common it’s bad enough when people don’t pick up after themselves as it is and leave their crap all over and now this there should be more bins out not less

    State changed to: Fixed
