So much rubbish and house hold belongings have been dumped outside of 46 Ceres road that the frontage has over spilled and now the path way is being blocked with an immeasurable amount of mess. This is very dangerous with some items such as wire bed springs and share items thrown into the public walkway... This has been an eyesore for months, perhaps years but now residents of our street are having to navigate the rubbish in order to walk past. There is no way of knocking on the door to ask them to clean it up, as the walk way is piled high now. Homeless people are going through the bags creating even more mess and encouraging antisocial behaviour.
