Tennents from upstairs 131 hurbert road, dumping large loads of refuse on to the path outside our house causing people to walk into the road to miss all the rubbish that has been dumped there by them. The bin refuse could not take due to the amount that been dropped there and foxes have also got hold of some of the bags and dragged them down the street. This has made the area extremely dirty with rubbish everywhere.
