Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7255867.

I reported 2 rubbish bags 2 weeks ago and they’ve now been ripped apart by foxes even more endangering dogs children and wildlife - who knows what’s in those bags! It doesn’t normally take 2 weeks for a rubbish clear so wondering why this hasn’t been fixed yet
