Illegal use of driveway -AFTER council have bollarded access

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/Footpaths Repairs category anonymously at 22:46, Monday 17 February 2025

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7149117.

RBG Council have recently installed bollards on the pavement outside 322 to stop the owner from illegally driving over the pavement to park their vehicle on their paved driveway. The property does not have a dropped kerb. However, the driver has continued to park his vehicle on his driveway and drives around the installed bollards. This has continued every day since the bollards were installed.

Updates

  • The owner of the property continues to drive over the pavement and park on his drive illegally. The pavement is severely broken and uneven, particularly around the access cover for the sewer.
