Yesterday (Sat 8th), two men from a private company called J.R Wilson Tree Specialist LTD tipped out a huge mound of tree chippings and other materials on my residential road. They have tipped it next to a disabled parking bay, which has left us, and other resident vehicles, unable to turn around, which will result in missed hospital appointments. I captured the company van, the number plate, and the two men on my CCTV. I have attempted to contact the company, but they have told me to contact the council and refused to clean up the mound (I have the email exchange).
