Rubbish bins bags and rubbish on pavement overgrown bushes

This has been previously reported a number of weeks ago and your answer was nothing there:- Go to Spec savers. The probllem is no 25 Buckler Gardens who is clueless about what rubbish to place in what bin. Blue top bin and black top bin left on pavement ahich along with overgrown bushes makes it difficult to pass safely, I have nearly gone over twice passing on my frame, there are also about ten black bin bags dumped on pavement. Rubbish on green, what happened to your weekly c;eanse people? as the rubbish has been here weeks! Dont your bin people etc report rbbish all over the place! Also 27 Buckler Gardens has a toilet and rubbish fly tipped outside. If this is not immediately cleared and I suffer a fall I will sue Greenwich Council! Over a month like this!

Why have you not cleared the rubbish on the green, no such thing as a weekly cleanse, the rubbish outside no 25 which some has now been ripped open! And the toilet seat and wet board outside 27. Also 25 is an eyesore and health issue with rubbish in front garden and black bin bags overflowing from green top bin. Educate these people and clean up the rubbish, what is council tax for!!!!!

It looks like some partial clearance has been made in front of 25 Buckler Gardens however the Green is still full of Rubbish! Also as soon as any clearance made the overspill bags on the property are dumped in front or on corner of the address. A complete clearance of rubbish on and off the property is required as well as educating the resident! Sick of paying council tax for other peoples anti social behaviour. The second picture of rubbish out of the bags shows you who is not dumping it!

Rubbish cleared outside of 25 but more flytipped in front, green remains a bloody disgrace and the toilet and soft cardboard/wood remais outside of 27. What are you doing as a council? NOTHING! Put up CCTV to catch these flytippers or residents it is a disgrace!
