Almost daily we have people from all around lakedale road and roads adjacent dumping rubbish in our outside our bin area owned by Hexagon Housing. Ive lived here almost 2 years and its constant. This occasion is not to bad but its usually way worse and people dump all sorts or furniture etc here daily them we get drug users sitting outside all hours of the night and they dig through the rubbish then throw it everywhere. All residents of my block get charged in service charges to pay for cleaning and removal of all the fly tipping and residents also got looked down on even by the bin men who come to clear it they at times leave it in a worse state by pulling the the bins through the rebbish ripping dumped bags ane leaving it all behind on the floor. Its extremely unfair and at times when i approached people in the act they are absive to me and say that its council property and can do what they like even though its owned by hexagon.
