Over hanging trees causing damage to myself and property

I have already reported the tree outside/between numbers 9&11 and resident of number 7 has reported that tree as well. Both are over hanging property. Both have roots trying to break through the pavement causing risk of falling over for members of the public using the pathway Debris from the tree outside number 11 covering the car parked on the driveway. Also causing damage to the driveway. I’m a disabled resident with mobility issues and overhanging branches get caught in my hair
