Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7043952.

Couple of big (10"+) potholes on the westbound lane, opposite the end of Eaglesfield. Deep enough to properly bash the car. Possibly fatal for a motorcycle filtering up the road here.
