Deep and long pothole, covering whole right lane

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7024363.

Pothole was fixed few days ago but it's back again and again and again. It's deep and can't be overtaken without going on the left lane, what can cause an accident. Fix it once for good. It's accident waiting to happen. It's on the bridge towards Plumstead station right lane
