Street light not coming on in terrace path

This street light (opposite 58 Cleanthus Road) hasn’t come on for a few weeks now. The hedge along the path is also so overgrown it blocks the light coming through to illuminate the path. It’s a bit daunting in the dark, early morning and after dusk. Please can the light be fixed and the hedge trimmed?
