Litter strewn everywhere that's been getting worse by the week. Hedges and grass verges are covered in litter and waste all around and along black wall land and by millennium way round about footpaths and road verges, seems to be getting worse by the week and have noticed a notable decline over the past year. Nothing seems to be done to improve the situation. Signage warning about littering could be out in place as well as some effort from the council to litter pick and generally clean up the waste.
