This is a constant rubbish dump no matter how many times a person reports that people are being dumping here constantly when a person walks past on the pavement there is rubbish line here it gets collected and within a week it is a rubbish dump again it is absolutely disgusting. It lies in a public walkway where people need to walk to get to buses or to cross the road to get to a church And the council collector and the next week it is piled sky high again with hazardous material or rubbish there needs to be something done about the people that are dumping out with the people living in the house or if it’s the people that are dumping out there needs to be a sign up but this is hazardous material that is often left here.
