Piece of car left of the pavement

Please can this piece of car be removed from the pavement. It was in the road when it was windy and could have caused a hazard. It’s been hanging around for ages. It’s now next to the phone box.

  • More stuff being added to this. Rubbish attracts rubbish. Do RBG have road sweepers these days? Is anyboady reading these reports?
