Rubbish bags and old carpet

The carpet on the first picture has been dumped more than 2 weeks ago and the rubbish bags already torn by the foxes were left last night. Kidbrooke lane attracts and encourages people to use it as a dump yard due to the fact that there’s no any surveillance but still next to the main road.
