This was reported on the 28 October and consistently since but Greenwich refuses to do anything about this situation plus this part of westhorne avenue has not been swept for weeks why have GREEENWICH COUNCIL Refused to keep our road clean and safe,we will be making representations to the council for a rebate of our council tax,with a officall complaint
