There is constant rubbish and fly tipping in this area, it makes it look very unattractive, I've seen rats here as they are used to the constant rubbish. As there is always rubbish all over the place this encourages flytipping, I have also seen this with my own eyes, people think it's an area to dump rubbish. I've also seen an elderly person trip over the rubbish. Please fix this mess.
