Littering from car eltham high street

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6704170.

Witnessed while waiting at bus stop (Eltham high street stop T), a car stopped in traffic, lowered the driver's window and dropped litter into the street. Absolutely clear cut littering.

I had my phone out already, so took a picture with the car still idling beside the litter- I have not uploaded the photo because it clearly identifies the car's number plate, but still have it.
