People are dumping rubbish, broken bike and dog waste . It is not alley any more but a dumpster place for rats to run.

  • This flytipping has still not been cleared yet!! This public walkway used to be swept regularly on a Tuesday, what's happened to that? . It's disgusting the amount of council tax we pay for an awful service.
