Someone has been repeatedly dumping bags of rubbish along the side of my house on Messent Road. This has been an ongoing issue, and the contents are often unhygienic—containing things like sanitary products, blood, and food waste. Overnight, foxes scatter the garbage, spreading it across the road and making it difficult to even enter my home due to the mess. I’ve cleaned it up multiple times, re-bagging the waste into black bags, only to find more dumped later. Today, I came back to find additional bags on the other side of the road, suggesting someone is deliberately leaving them here. These bags are often filled with clothes, trash, and food scraps. If someone’s bins are full, that’s no excuse for fly-tipping onto neighbors’ properties. I don’t intend to keep cleaning this up since it’s an ongoing problem that creates a hygiene issue and makes the area look neglected.
