Street lights not working

The street light outside numbers 12 and 19 Lemmon Road are not working. This is an area vulnerable to persons being attacked and falling over. See my attached photo of how dark the road is. You can just see the outline of the roofs of houses. This is the third time I have reported this dangerous situation. Please sort it !!!
